Tall al-Harra fell to anti Assad groups few hours ago, and now the fighting is in the town of al-Harra, and its surrounding.  The area is witnessing air raids, artillery and rockets by al-Assad troops.  The hill is a listening and radar position for the Syrian Arab Army.
