A rocket slammed into Latakia at 4:30 pm. local time.  As of late, the city has been getting around two rockets per day.  This latest volley coincided with an increase in operations by pro Assad forces in Jabal Doreen mountainous area.  The city is witnessing a rise in the prices of Mazut, the fuel used for heating, and Benzin (the local word for gas for cars).  Mazut is hitting 200 liras if you could find it, officially it should be 80 Liras.  Benzin went up recently from 120 to 140 Liras.  The dollar in the city is 192-193 (black market) and 180 (Central Bank).
