The Islamic State stoned a woman to death north of Hama.  The video that appeared online shows the father of the woman being asked by a “Shar’i” from the Islamic State if he would forgive his daughter.  This religious official of the Islamic State is a non-Syrian, as indicated from his accent.  He is dressed in a dress shirt, with a gun holster, and a desert camouflage pants.  The father refused and then the woman was tied and led to a hole where she was stoned to death.  Her “crime” is Zina (Adultry),
